April joined the Remmers Dental family in 2019, but her dental career began in 1997. She began her dental journey as a basic dental assistant and then went on to obtain her certification as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. She has obtained certifications in Coronal Polishing, OSHS, and CPR. Throughout her career, April has worn many hats from teaching at the Academy of Dental Assisting to being a national trainer with Patterson Dental. For the past 5 years, she has been in dental practice management and is now our office manager here at Remmers Dental.
April loves being part of an awesome team that puts patient needs first. She works hard at making our patients feel at home, whether it is in direct patient care or arranging financial options for the dental wants and needs of our patients.
Outside of work, April spends her free time riding motorcycles with her husband. They like to travel as often as they can. April loves being with family and friends.
Sandy has been working in the dental field for over 35 years now, and she first joined our Louisville team about 20 years ago. The best thing about her job is being able to build such wonderful relationships with our patients. She treasures their loyalty and commitment very much! She attended the University of Louisville for her education and completed her hygiene degree in 1997. She also completed the Expanded Duties Dental Assistant program in 1984 and has certifications for block infiltration, nitrous oxide, local anesthesia, and laser debridement.
Sandy is originally from Metropolis, IL, and she and her husband Steve have one daughter named Hannah. Whenever she has free time, she enjoys golfing with Hannah, watching all of her sporting events, and traveling together as a family.
Amy earned her dental education from the University of Louisville and is certified in anesthesia and dental lasers. She has been a member of the Remmers Dental family for over 30 years now and has formed countless fulfilling relationships with patients throughout that span.
Originally from Louisville, Amy and her spouse Tony have two grown children named Leah and Eric. Her hobbies outside of work include gardening, bee keeping, and spending time with family.
Hollie’s career in the dental field spans a decade and counting. She studied at the Academy of Dental Assisting and loves being able to make people smile and feel comfortable here in the practice!
At home, Hollie is the proud parent of a beautiful daughter named Ellie. Whenever she isn’t busy at work, she spends her free time with loved ones, cooking out, and being outside.
Kimberly graduated from Medquest College in 2017, as a certified Expanded Duties Dental Assistant and has been in dentistry since her graduation. She joined the Remmers Team in August of 2019 and has been a great asset.
She loves patient care and being able to help boost the confidence of the one’s she cares for.
In her free time, she likes spending time outdoors, enjoys both fishing and hunting. She is the youngest of two brother, and three sisters.
Sarah has worked in the dental field for a little over a decade now, and she joined Remmers Dental in 2020. Her favorite part of her job is getting to work alongside such passionate and skilled team members that always motivate her to do her best each day. She attended Jefferson Community College and completed her Expanded Duties training at the University of Louisville. She also has her coronal polishing certification from the University of Kentucky.
When not at work, Sarah loves to shop, travel, work out, and work on her charcuterie board business. She says that she’s married to her best friend, and she’s the proud mom of two pugs, Floyd and Booker.
Pamela joined the dental industry in 2011. She quickly advanced in the administrative aspect of dentistry and has over 7 years in practice management experience. Pamela joined the Remmers team in August, 2023 and enjoys all aspects of working the front desk especially connecting w patients.
Pamela is an Army Veteran that proudly served during Desert Shield/Storm. She has 1 daughter and 2 grandgirls that live in Phoenix, AZ and loves being able to vacation with them.
She hopes to continue her travels and has been to forty states and 6 countries.
Pamela enjoys outdoors, spending time near water, camping, hiking, and especially loves music festivals, concerts, and shows.
One of Pamela's bucket list items is to one day travel to Greece.
