Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Remmers earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1989. He completed all levels of training in the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum at the University of the Pacific with special emphasis on full-mouth reconstruction and advanced smile design.
Since 2006, he has provided restorations for full mouth dental implants, including prostheses. In 2012, he completed training at the Midwest Implant Institute in Columbus so that he could perform dental implant surgery and provide all phases of implant care. He is a certified Invisalign® provider and CEREC® trainer.
Dr. Remmers is a past president of the Louisville Dental Society, having held the position from 2006-2007. He has appeared in several “Top Doc” features in Louisville Magazine, having been selected for these honors by his peers. He is a current member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

After graduating from Asbury University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Dr. Emily pursued her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Since then, she has maintained active membership with notable organizations, such as the American Dental Association and the Kentucky State Dental Association.
She has advanced training, including DOCS Adult Oral Sedation Dentistry, Invisalign Fundamental and Intermediate Courses, Midwest Implant Institute Comprehensive Implant Surgery Course, Multiple Advanced Implant Restoration Courses, Dentsply Sirona STEPPS Dental Implant Restorative Residency.
Her awards include the American Association of Women Dentists Award for Academic Excellence and Outstanding Leadership, the Kentucky Academy of General Dentistry Award for Outstanding General Dentistry, the Keller Laboratory Best Impression Award, the Louisville Dental Society New Dentist Superior Service Award, the Louisville Dental Society Junior Member Superior Service Award, and the Louisville Magazine Top Doc 2018.
